UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT APPLICATION


The government will pay an Unemployment Benefit to all full time workers for up to 12 weeks.    The unemployment benefit will provide a paycheck of up to 60% of weekly income, subject to max weekly benefit $500.00.     The government will not pay for your health insurance.       Applications for unemployment pay may be filed electronically or by completing a paper application.     Payment to employees is to be made weekly we understand to your local payroll account.    This form is to be completed ONLY by persons requiring our assistance in making application where a nominal fee will apply.

Note:      


Self Employed Contractors, Work Permit Holders, Taxi and Mini Bus Operators are eligible for the Unemployment Benefit.    Persons currently receiving financial assistance are not eligible for this further benefit.    This is not the formal government application form; we merely assist / prepare the submission on behalf of clients who do not have access to the internet / paper copying etc or who generally want to pay for the service of having the application submitted on his / her behalf.

2. Submit any documents that are required electronically by email to: [email protected]   We will need to receive:   copy of your work permit, copy of your passport & visa, if applicable; copy of your bank statement with your name, address and account number very clear - dated within last 90 days.    Should be your payroll account.    Send via email to [email protected] or via whatsapp to 705 5553.  Can send pics of documents.

4. We will make copies of your documents as required. 


5. We will submit your benefit application within 1 business day with email confirmation of you of its submission.    We will send you a scanned version of your complete application for your records. 


7. A minimum fee of $30.00 will apply to each application.   

 

5. Your employment benefit will be paid to you directly where payments are expected to commence in 2-3 weeks payable for a maximum  term of 12 weeks.
