Must be able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable codes; Conduct site visits to ensure all pre-installation requirements are met;   Conduct installation of solar PV systems including electrical wiring, conduit, mounting of inverters and panels, testing, installation of main switches and other standard commercial and residential electrical work;   Residential and Commercial installations and troubleshooting; Connect solar panels and inverters and other high-voltage equipment to the building’s power supply ; Repair or replace PV-related wiring equipment and fixtures ; Assemble, install, evaluate, and maintain PV-related electrical/electronic wiring, equipment appliances, apparatus, and fixtures ; Identify (e.g., pick lists) products/components required for commercial projects; Remain up to date with requirements and best practice relating to solar PV design, installation and change implementation when necessary to ensure installations meet standards.



To provide comprehensive property maintenance services to a small, busy hotel. The PMT will have hands on competency across a range of trades disciplines to include electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, HVAC, fire alarm systems, landscaping and pool maintenance and be able to repair all common residential maintenance issues.   The PMT will have an exceptional “urgent” and “responsive” work ethic and able to work collaboratively with guests, management, colleagues and subs. Must be able to read plans and comfortable with standard building codes and all health / safety guidelines. The PMT will maintain detailed service and maintenance records and proactively manage the maintenance program. The PMT will work a standard work week though will support the emergency “on call” requirements of the hotel. Applicants holding an intermediate truck license will be favorably considered.



Holding 5+ years of experience operating top grade relevant to all landscape installation and maintenance requirements, the Foreman must have the ability to identify different grasses, plants and shrubs have knowledge of fungicide treatments, and able to effect complex equipment repairs.    Must be further able to install pavers / stepping stones, brick driveways & floors, low walls, sidewalks, exterior fireplace design, and complete other projects associated with both indoor and outdoor decoration. With responsibility for a 3-8 man working crew. Will have job / time / project estimation, time sheet collation / payroll admin experience.


The fully trained and experienced professional must be able to install, maintain, replace parts and effect repairs of standard pool equipment to include water systems, filter systems, pumps and all supportive pool maintenance equipment. With further ability to fix cracks and/ or leaks in a swimming pool structure. To manage a large service portfolio requiring weekly cleaning, chemical balance and water testing quality. Must have completed some form of pool training supported by at least 3 years of progressive experience in a pool maintenance role. Must have absolute English fluency, good communication and client relationship skills; be an excellent timekeeper with excellent personal presentation and a proven work ethic. Must have own transportation and a light truck license with an impeccable driving history. Candidates with sufficient electrical expertise to install, and maintain underwater lighting systems will be favorably considered. Given the size of the company, this is not a training role thus only fully trained and experienced candidates can be considered at this time.


Applicants must have at least 5-8 years of consistent, full time, professional experience with all standard construction heavy equipment using sophisticated electronic platforms, with specific experience with the full operation of a 40 ton crane. To provide comprehensive property maintenance services. The mechanic must have a basic competence and skill across multiple disciplines to include carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing and landscaping. He must be able to effectively troubleshoot issues and effect general household repairs and upgrades, using best practices and in accordance with standard building code. Applicants having pool maintenance and air-conditioning system experience will be favored.


Holding at least 8 years of broad, progressive experience, the EM must be skilled at top grade in all mechanical equipment repair to include but not limited to: motor and vehicle repair, heavy construction equipment / fleet, motorcycles, diesel / hydraulics, forklifts, barge equipment and some comfort with HVAC & air conditioning system repair.


Holding a recognized culinary certificate and at least 5 years of experience in a busy, restaurant environment, the incumbent will manage all aspects of menu and food preparation and service with a focus on Bermudian and American fare. Must be prepared to work 45 hours per week, on alternating shifts to include an overnight shift ending at 4:30am. Must be in excellent physical condition and able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to speak English fluently with a friendly, engaging “can do” personality and consistently demonstrate an exceptional service standard. Must be well groomed and presented and comfortable with the most rigid health and sanitary standards.


Must be fully certified and comfortable with all aspects of car body technician work having at least 10 years of experience in a busy automotive environment.



Holding formal nursing aide or caregiver credentials and/ or at least 10 years of professional experience in a similar sole charge role, the Caregiver / Housekeeper will provide comprehensive care and housekeeping support to busy, multi-generational families.   Duties will include housekeeping and general household management, transport to and from school, and extracurricular activities, laundry, ironing and meal preparation. Caregivers must be skilled and experienced to care for seniors and children / infants.     The caregiver must be fully First Aid / CPR certified and hold a Bermuda Driver’s License and an impeccable driving record.   Live In or Live out.  Must be willing to travel with the family on holidays for extended periods. Only discreet, non-smoking female caregivers with at least 2-3 professional references will be considered.


Applicants must be skilled at top grade and hold at least 5 + yearsm of progressive experience as a Mason, able to work on his own initiative, lead a small team and read plans and blueprints. Both residential and commercial applications. Must be physically fit with own transportation; able to support the training of junior mechanics. Candidates holding some form of carpentry skill and a heavy truck license will be favorably considered.


For both carpentry shop and site. We seek a master level (of 5+years) Carpenter with extreme comfort in senior level site construction / form work / building forms and all aspects of finish / shop / millwork carpentry, for repairing or creating wooden elements of a building, such as doors, staircases structural beams and bespoke cabinetry, doors, frames and windows, with top grade delivery. To assume senior responsibility for project pricing and materials procurement; and work collaboratively with clients, architects and subs. Must be mature, responsible and capable of working on own initiative. Applicants must be prepared to work 40+ hours per week over 5-6 days and further extend to include evening hours, weekends and public holidays as timelines demand.


The Designer will have responsibility for the design and creation of bouquets, service both in-store and online customers, maintenance and organization of supplies, advanced proficiency in complex event installations, and generally support the advance of key customer and vendor relationships consistent with the GiMi standard. Holding exceptional customer service and communication skills, the Floral Designer must be engaging, self-motivated and commercially aware with a keen eye for detail and emerging styles and trends. Must hold an internationally recognized qualification and / or at least 8 years of progressive experience in a high end brand with exposure to event planning and execution. Must be flexible and prepared to support an event roster / work schedule that will routinely extend into evenings, weekends and public holidays.
