The Catalyst Group Limited is a leading independent recruitment & immigration consultancy firm with two operating offices based in Bermuda. Established in 2015, the group manages an impressive portfolio for small to medium sized businesses in Bermuda requiring recruitment and work permit support.

TCGL enjoys good working relationships with the Department of Immigration, and the Department of Workforce Development, and maintains expert knowledge of the immigration act, the employment act, and relevant work permit policy.

Our service platform offers a multilingual advisory service where our practice is particularly comfortable with applicants from the Philippines, the Azores, where we have native language speakers on our professional staff to ensure comfort and reliability of understanding and administration. Given a flat fee structure for both initial and renewal work permit applications, our standard service includes all first candidate stage interviews, notarization and translation of any relevant documents necessary for work permit processing, communication and courier charges.

Recruitment & Sourcing of Candidates

Having established a number of core partnerships in the the key resourcing markets, TCG Limted is able to find and deliver fully qualified candidates to employers in Bermuda.


TCG to receive specs from Employer with complete job specs / salary / credentials / time frame


TCG to share specs with sourcing partners and vet via a robust candidate database (must have at least 3 years experience in sophisticated jurisdiction / IELTS of at least 6.5)


TCG to propose fully qualified candidates to the Employer where all referrals have been interviewed and a full due diligence file held


Employer selects a proposed candidate for interview / employment offer


TCG or the Employer processes work onboarding eg. permit, visa, travel


Given work permit, visa and travel compliance, as required, the employee commences employment with the Employer
