This workshop will help businesses adapt existing processes and operating models to afford a low touch environment.    From online sales and distribution channels and delivery systems to retail buying, the workshop will work with participants to map customised strategies to support immediate business adaptation.   Management and training of employees within a new normal that requires a high level of personalised "contactless" customer service.   Will develop the idea of segmented marketing eg. seniors and members of the "vulnerable" class.   The 2 part hands on workshop will equip participants with the tools they need to move forward within this new service model.
